The Monroe County Sexual Health Clinic, a designated New York State Center of Excellence, serves Rochester and the surrounding areas. Among other services, they provide partner notification services for those who have been diagnosed with HIV, STI and HIV testing and treatment, reproductive health services, and expedited treatment for partners of individuals who have been diagnosed with an STI. They also provide gender-affirming care and resource links for transgender and non-binary individuals. Finally, for those who find it difficult to travel to Rochester, they provide transportation services, telemedicine appointments, free at-home HIV test kits, and a pharmacy that can ship medications.
The Gender Health Services Program in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center provides hormone therapy, surgical services, and voice therapy, as well as social work and counseling. More information can be found at this link:

Yes Means Test (https://yesmeanstest.org) allows people to put in their zip code and find a local STI testing center. It includes information about what an STI test is, why people should get tested, and which STIs are included in common tests.
Nurx (www.nurx.com) offers overnight delivery of emergency contraception and can call in Ella prescriptions to a pharmacy. They also offer birth control prescriptions, at-home STI testing, STI treatment, and other medical services not related to sexual health. Most services do not require an appointment. It is also affordable, even without insurance coverage, and offers free shipping.
The Crisis Pregnancy Center Map (crisispregnancycentermap.com) provides location information for crisis pregnancy centers operating in the US.
